 Pet Friendly Room Regulations

At Hostería Las Quintas, we value our clients and understand that pets are part
important to your family. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all of our
guests, we have established the following pet admission policies.

We understand that pets are an important part of your family.

We appreciate your understanding and collaboration in complying
with these rules during your stay:

Types of pets allowed:

We accept dogs as pets, maximum one pet
per room, maximum weight 10Kg.
We reserve the right to accept other pet species.

Size and Breed Restrictions:

We accept pets of mini and small breeds
(maximum 10 kg), as long as they comply with
our policies and are not considered
dangerous or aggressive. We reserve the
right to individually evaluate admission
of certain breeds with special requirements.

Early booking:

To ensure room availability suitable for you and your pet,
We recommend making your reservation in advance and
notify the reception staff about the presence of your pet
when doing the reservation, we have exclusive rooms
adapted for pets which remain subject to availability.

Additional fee:

An additional fee of $1,100.00MN plus taxes will apply per night of your pet's stay at
our hotel. This fee covers the additional costs of cleaning and maintaining our room.

Vaccination documentation:

To ensure the health and safety of all our guests, pet owners are required to provide documentation verifying that their pets are up to date on applicable vaccinations.

This includes vaccination certificates against common diseases, such as rabies.
Documentation must be presented at check-in.

Behavior and responsibility:

Pet owners are responsible for the behavior of their pets at all times.

  • Pets must be under control, adequate supervision and are NOT allowed in the common areas (restaurant, gardens, pools, hallways), upon arrival you must transport your pet on a leash in your arms or in a carrier box to your room. At no time can it be loose.
  • Any damage caused by pets will be the sole responsibility of their owners. The rules and regulations established by the hotel must be followed at all times. A voucher must be left open for 48 hours, as a guarantee for payment of any damage.
  • The guest must place the "pet inside" precautionary lock to indicate to the service staff the presence of their pet in the room and the room will not be accessible for cleaning if the pet owner is not present.
  • It is prohibited to groom the pet in the room.

IMPORTANT

We try to accommodate the client and their pet as best as possible, however, our priority
will always be the guest, the complaint of a guest regarding the pet, whether due to barking, howling, bad smell, etc., will
be taken with the utmost seriousness and it will be the administration's decision to terminate the room rental contract.

These measures are intended to ensure a pleasant stay
for all our guests, including those not traveling with pets.
